About the Series

global studies seminar series

The Global Studies Seminar Series is an interdisciplinary intellectual forum for the Denison community to discuss and debate academic and policy issues of global importance. Speakers from the Denison faculty as well as guest scholars are invited to present their recently published (or work in progress) research. In the spirit of the liberal arts, we strive to highlight the interdisciplinary nature of complex global challenges, and we work hard to try to balance the lecture series coverage with topics/speakers from the humanities, arts, sciences, and social sciences.

The seminars are held on Monday nights at 7:30-9 PM and are open and free to the public.
