From the Kennedy Museum of Art’s permanent collection, this exhibition features work by American photographer Herman Leonard. Known for his memorable images of jazz icons such as Miles Davis, James Moody, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan and Chet Baker, Leonard takes us through the standards to show us the history and transformation of American jazz.
