Pop-Up Mindfulness | ALL DAY
One of the best things about mindfulness practice is that you can do it anytime, anywhere! Linnea Pyne, Mindful Denison Coordinator, and UCLA Certified Mindfulness Facilitator will be popping up on campus, offering instruction on short Mindfulness practices to help you create a pause in your day and learn to increase your mindful awareness. Listen for the sound of the bell and join in - you might be surprised at just how easy mindfulness is!
Mindful Study Breaks | 6PM-9PM
Learn a basic mindfulness practice that can give you a break in your studies, help with your studying and focus in general, and also give you specific answers as to how mindfulness practice can support you as a student at Denison, whatever your path may be. Come have some chocolate, hang out for a few minutes and try it out!
Tuesday – Friday, Oct 8th-11th

Mindfulness Classroom Visits | ALL DAY
Mindfulness practices will be brought into classrooms at the beginning or end of class time. These practices are designed to help with focus, centering and presence. Faculty or students must register for a visit on the Denison Mindfulness webpage.
Morning Mindfulness | 8AM-NOON
Join the introductory mindfulness practices that suit all levels of ability and interest. Practices will officially begin every 20 minutes but you are welcome to join at any time! A great start to your day, these basic practices allow you to access greater ease, focus, and clarity.

Day of Mindfulness: A Denison Celebration of Mindfulness | 1PM-8PM
The Day of Mindfulness will offer a fun and engaging range of accessible opportunities for Denison students, faculty and staff to learn about and practice Mindfulness. Visit our Instagram or Facebook page for the link to register for workshops!
