Koru Mindfulness is a secular, evidence-based meditation and mindfulness curriculum designed specifically with the needs of college-aged adults in mind. “Koru Basic” is the course that Phoebe Bentley (University Chaplain and Director of Religious and Spiritual Life) is offering beginning in March 2019; it is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation practice taught to a group of up to 12 students. The group will meet 4 times, for 1.5-hour meetings, over the course of 4 weeks. This will take place Tuesday, 4:30-6pm, on 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, and 4/16, in Shepardson College Room on Slayter 4th Floor.
