Denison University’s Board of Trustees has awarded tenure to seven members of the faculty. Those who have been granted tenure and who will be promoted to associate professor in the fall of 2021 are John McHugh, Emily Nemeth, Omedi Ochieng, Hyun Woong Park, Luis Villanueva, Sarah Wolff, and Hoda Yousef.
Wolff joined Denison’s Department of Mathematics and Computer Science in 2015. She holds a bachelor of arts from Colorado College, and a master’s and doctorate from Dartmouth College. Wolff teaches courses across the undergraduate mathematics curriculum; particularly Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Advanced Linear Algebra, and Abstract Algebra. Her research interests include generalized Fourier transforms, harmonic analysis on finite groups, and combinatorial representation theory.
