Build your professional network with GC (Global Commerce) Connects

GC Connects serves as a key component in introducing our students to globally engaged corporate and non-profit industry professionals from the Columbus Metropolitan community. Global Commerce majors have discussions with these visitors over lunch, during afternoon presentations, and even in one-on-one meetings. These small gatherings bring outside business and non-profit professionals to campus to share their backgrounds and insight and to introduce students to business-related topics (product development, real estate investing, marketing management). Students get a taste of the business and non-profit worlds through conversations anchored in professional experience and expertise. These gatherings provide Global Commerce students with the opportunity to begin building their own professional networks, an important step toward internships and other pre-professional experiences.
