Payment Options
We understand that financial responsibilities often come with stressors. At Denison, we endeavor to provide you with a clear understanding of your student account statement and with easy ways to pay.
4 Easy Ways To Pay!
1. Pay Online
Students and proxies can pay their bill through their Self-Service account. Payments can be made through ACH transfer from your checking or savings accounts, via credit card, or flywire (international student option). More information about paying online.
2. Semester Payment Plans
We offer the Monthly Payment Plan, which allows you to spread expenses over the semester, in 4 or 3 equal monthly payments. Find more information on payment plans, including how to set up a payment plan.
3. Third-Party Payments
Students and families are able to pay with 529 college savings plans, employee-sponsored tuition benefits, retirement plans, etc. Please note these payments could take up to three weeks to arrive, ensure you are reaching out to your plan administrators as soon as you’re able. 4. Pay by Check
Checks are welcomed for payment. Please make checks payable to Denison University and send to:

Proxy access
Students will need to grant proxy access to parents and others they would like to view their account, make electronic payments and/or set up payment plans.
Payment Deadlines
Students and proxies will receive an email from Student Accounts on the first working day of each month. The email will contain relevant information for viewing statements and paying bills. Please refer to each month’s email for the payment due date, typically three weeks later.
Beginning of Semester Billing
There are two primary billing periods at the start of the semesters that include tuition, housing & meals, student health insurance plan, and miscellaneous charges:
- Fall 2024: Statements will be available July 2, payment due July 23
- Spring 2025: Statements will be available December 2, payment due January 6
