Each year, Denison celebrates the accomplishments of its outstanding seniors in two ceremonies, the Distinguished Leadership Awards and the Academic Awards Convocation.
This year, in light of the coronavirus pandemic, the college united both ceremonies into a Student Excellence Award service that highlighted the accomplishments of our students as Distinguished Leaders, International Scholars and Fellows, Phi Beta Kappa members, Provost Academic Award winners, and the President’s Medalists, the college’s highest award for students.
- Distinguished Leaders: recognized by Vice President for Student Development Alex Miller
- Phi Beta Kappa members: recognized by the head of Denison’s Phi Beta Kappa Chapter Professor Jordan Fantini
- Provost Academic Awardees: recognized by Provost Kim Coplin
- International Scholars and Fellows: recognized by Professor Adam Davis, Director of the Lisska Center
- Presidents Medalists: recognized by Professor Susan Kennedy, Chair of the Faculty
