The basic principles of marketing have long consisted of product, price, place and promotion. For a marketing strategy to be effective, the four components must be used correctly. Today’s world has shifted focus onto the consumer as central to marketing strategy with the 4C’s of marketing: Customer value; Cost to satisfy; Convenience to buy; and Communication. These concepts are also framed as the 4A’s: Acceptability; Affordability; Accessibility; and Awareness.
The challenge for business owners and industry professionals is to determine the appropriate method for each area, and integrate successfully. This 60-minute workshop will introduce participants to these four components through a series of real-time examples and interactive discussion on Monday, September 28 at 6 pm via Zoom.
