Chemistry and Biochemistry majors Andrea Karl (‘14, soccer), Casey Cempre (‘15, tennis), Kristen Geary (‘15, track and field), Patrick Keller (‘16, basketball), Rebecca Rabb (‘16, golf), and Blake Schach (‘16, soccer) were honored at this event.
Senior Andrea Karl was also awarded special recognition at the Scholar-Athlete Celebration. She was one of two recipients of the NCAC Scholar Athlete Award. Andrea is a three-time Capital One Academic All-American and a four-year starting goalkeeper for the Big Red women’s soccer team. She was named to the All-NCAC team three times. Andrea additionally received the James T. Glerum Presidential Award. This award is given to a senior who has demonstrated superior athletic and academic accomplishments, outstanding leadership, and service to the university and community.
