Research

I am an industrial-organizational (I/O) psychologist interested in how people think, feel, and behave in the workplace.
Details

My research program centers on the dynamic relationship between organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and employee well-being and performance. I explore how DEI initiatives influence employee experiences and, conversely, how these experiences shape perceptions of organizational diversity. Reflecting this reciprocal relationship, I have recently pursued two lines of research. The first investigates the factors that impact organizational attraction and job applicants' perceptions of DEI. The second examines how employee well-being influences and is influenced by DEI efforts within the workplace.
