Biography
I am an assistant professor of global commerce. My research focuses on quantifying the macroeconomic impact of the financial system in connection with private economic activity on capital account policies, sovereign borrowing, foreign reserve policies, fiscal and monetary in open economies. My recent projects explore the effect of domestic bank run risks on government reserve policies, the non-neutrality properties of sterilized foreign exchange interventions and its implication for the optimal policy, as well as the role of reserves for macroprudential regulation.
