That Old Honker
Burpee’s Seedy Theatrical Company began in 1979, making it the nation’s oldest collegiate improv group. The horn is an important part of any Burpee’s show, signaling the beginning and end of a game or scene. The Burpee’s were back on campus in October and put on a great show to a packed house in Swasey.

Piece By Piece
Peter Lepper designed and built this Lego structure of Burton Hall when he was 14 as part of a Lego League robotics team. The Lepper family decided to give the model to Peter’s violin teacher Jim Van Reeth, and through him, to the Suzuki program at Denison. Today this model of Burton lives in the Eisner Center office of
Ching-chu Hu, chair of the music department.
