#Denison2019, welcome aboard!
This year Denison received a record-breaking number of applications for admission, nearly 6,100 for some 600 places in the Class of 2019. A record 10 percent of the Class of 2019 came to the Hill from outside the U.S.—another all-time high for Denison.

You’ll want to display this report card. This past spring, the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll recognized Denison for its estimable community service. DU is one of only 61 higher ed institutions to receive this recognition.
But of course!
In July, Forbes named Denison to its list of Top 25 Midwest Colleges. Denison shares the list with neighbors Oberlin and Kenyon, as well as Macalester, St. Olaf, and Lawrence. The top three spots are currently held by Notre Dame, Northwestern, and the University of Chicago, respectively. In Review Princeton Review placed Denison in its new book, The Best 380 Colleges: 2016 Edition.
The Review
praised Denison for its facilities and because “students have diverse opportunities to explore their talents and improve their skills through campus jobs, clubs, internships, and the election of double majors and minors that don’t necessarily fit together.”
