A tool developed by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education to help colleges and universities assess sustainability

Denison conducted its first Sustainability Tracking and Rating System (STARS) assessment in 2012 and earned a Silver rating. In 2016 the college completed its second assessment, earning a Gold rating.
