The Office of Off-Campus Study has collected videos from current Denison students who have studied abroad and created a montage. The result is breathtaking. Through this brief footage you see, and more importantly feel, what it is like to take part in a meaningful off-campus experience. From Argentina to China this video captures what it means to interact with people from across the planet and learn through experiences. Through off-campus study, students interact with the natural beauties of the world as well as the everyday wonders of humanity. Whether it’s riding camels through the desert or playing with host siblings, the experiences are endless and each connect students to the world in a unique way.
Our office provides over 180 programs in which students can study diverse curricula inside the classroom and out. Addressing health, social, environmental issues and more, Denison students continue their education all over the world, every day. There is a program for every major and they can be tailored to unique interests.
Current sophomores who wish to study abroad should make an appointment with our office immediately. Deadlines are coming up and if you have not started the application process you should do so now. Stop by our office on the second floor of Fellows, Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to set up an appointment. Or call our office at (740) 587-6532. We look forward to meeting with you!
The office staff would like to thank senior Hannah Cain for putting together this video! We would also like to thank artist Eric Hutchinson for allowing us to use “Tell the World”.
