Qiuyi Tang '16. Fall 2012. Denison Introduction to Printmaking

The works in this exhibition were created in Denison University’s Introduction to Print course and addressed an exploration of memory including place and time a reflection on our private and shared environment. Utilizing form, color, text and narrative the books explore visual language and sequence through the process of printmaking. Techniques utilized in these books are, Dry-point Etching, Trace Mono-print, Letter Press, Wood Cut, Reduction Linoleum Cut, Screen Printing, Photography, Xerox Copies, Transfers, Rubbings, Collagraph, Stamping and Stenciling.
