On Saturday, Feb. 15, seventy dance students and faculty from the Ohio Five colleges (Kenyon, Denison, Oberlin, Ohio Wesleyan and Wooster) gathered at the Eisner Center for the Performing Arts, Denison University for the seventh annual Dance Ohio5 Conference.
Hosted by the Department of Dance, the conference goals are to nurture collaboration, develop stronger relationships that foster closer ties, and increase the possibility of resource sharing. Sponsored by the Five Colleges of Ohio Consortium, this unique event is free to all students and faculty participants. Students and faculty exchange ideas, take dance classes taught by Ohio Five faculty and guest artists, share choreographic work, present dance research, engage in discussions, and share meals.
